Classes are usually 60 minutes long. Choose slots that suit you—morning, afternoon, or evening. Timings are flexible and are scheduled based on group or individual preference. Please join 5 mins early to settle in.

Pay securely online via UPI or bank transfer. Details are shared after booking confirmation.

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your first class. If you cancel later, missed classes are non-refundable, but we offer up to two makeup sessions per month for emergencies.
